The air conditioning system wasn't working. My room was changed twice before I received one with a working system. The hotel is short with housekeeping staff and I had to clean my own room. I vacuumed , cleaned the bathroom and removed the trash because of the time it was taking to have it cleaned. The bathroom was visibly not cleaned. The property has declined significantly, I stay at this location quite often and this is the worst stay I've ever had.

Help was always available, I forgot to bring deodorant so I went down to buy some and realized they didn’t have any for sale and the front desk lady said they had travel size available for free! So nice and not unexpected convenience. They made cookies and popcorn at the end of the day free of charge!

The staff here was very welcoming and friendly. Especially the breakfast attendant. This gentleman made sure fresh hot breakfast was available and even asked if there was anything more he could do to accommodate me and my family. Thank you so much.

When we arrived and walked in to our room we were surprised as our room was under construction. The gentlemen working the front desk was very apologetic and took care of this immediately by getting us another room and even a complementary snack for the kid.

For the area it was great no bugs seen. Room was clean and beds where comfortable.
